Idyllias Media Company · Immersive LED Network
Happitat (The Forestias) & Lotus's Mall Network · MileStrong 3D anamorphic & interactive spatial LED system — multi-sided walls + interactive floor. Installed adjacent to seated & dwell zones. Operating 12 hours/day (10:00–22:00).
The format
Forced-perspective 3D anamorphic content on seamless multi-sided LED, with a sensor floor that responds to visitors — playable, filmable, and positioned where audiences sit and stay, not walk past. All rates are all-inclusive: media, full 3D content production, and campaign reporting in one price. No separate production quotes, no versioning surprises. Spot lengths are built for the format: a 3D anamorphic illusion needs time to build its reveal — 30 seconds is the native unit, 60 seconds carries a full story or playable mechanic.
| Loop details | Value |
|---|---|
| Operation time | 12 hours / day (10:00–22:00) |
| Loop length | 3 minutes |
| Spot length | 30 sec | 60 sec |
| Spots per loop | 6 (30s basis) |
| Plays per day (guaranteed) | 240 / spot |
| Frequency — audience sees your spot every | 3 minutes |
| Delivered ad time per day | 120 min (30s) | 240 min (60s) |
Inventory value
Six 30-second positions per 3-minute loop, 12 hours a day. The monthly value of the full loop depends on the package mix sold into it:
| Scenario — full loop sold (Happitat) | Mix | Monthly value | Yearly value |
|---|---|---|---|
| Base | 6 × 3D Spot | ฿720,000 | ฿8.6M |
| Standard mix | 2 × Spot + 1 × Story + 1 × Interactive Adventure | ฿940,000 | ฿11.3M |
| Premium mix | 1 × Story + 2 × Interactive Adventure | ฿1,150,000 | ฿13.8M |
| Full slot ceiling | 3 × Interactive Adventure | ฿1,350,000 | ฿16.2M |
| One-brand ceiling | Monthly Master takeover | ฿1,500,000 | ฿18.0M |
Category exclusivity (+30%) and launch productions stack on top. Lotus units follow the same structure: ฿360,000 base → ฿475,000 standard mix → ~฿690,000 ceiling per mall per month.
The unit's monthly fee is ฿400,000 all-in (hardware lease + creative + operations). Break-even is simply ฿400,000 of rate card sold per month — any mix. In practice that means as little as 2 of the 6 slots (one Interactive Adventure) and never more than 4 (base Spots). Everything beyond the break-even bundle is pure margin — or free inventory the venue can run in-house to promote its own events, activations, and promotions at zero marginal cost:
| Break-even bundle sold | Slots used (of 6) | Monthly revenue | vs ฿400k fee | Slots left — remaining sale value |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 × Interactive Adventure | 2 | ฿450,000 | +฿50,000 | 4 slots or ฿480k–900k |
| 2 × 3D Story | 4 | ฿500,000 | +฿100,000 | 2 slots or ฿240k–450k |
| 1 × Story + 2 × Spot | 4 | ฿490,000 | +฿90,000 | 2 slots or ฿240k–450k |
| 4 × 3D Spot | 4 | ฿480,000 | +฿80,000 | 2 slots or ฿240k–450k |
Read it as an operating strategy: one Interactive Adventure anchor pays for the unit by itself — the remaining two-thirds of the loop is profit, or in-house programming that drives ticketed events, seasonal campaigns, and store promotions. A single takeover weekend (฿400,000) covers a full month's fee on its own. Figures assume direct sales; media brokerage is not calculated — accredited agencies and independent media brokers are readily engaged at the standard 15% margin should the venue prefer an external sales channel.

What it is: the floor sensors run a mechanic designed and built for your brand — step-triggered scenes, games, reveals. Visitors don't watch your campaign; they stand in it and play it. No other media product in Thailand offers this.
The entire installation becomes one brand's interactive world: the full 3-minute loop is yours — one continuous immersive film, or your own rotation of spots and playable scenes — repeating 240 times a day, and the floor runs only your mechanic. Every takeover includes bespoke interaction design and engineering; there is no non-interactive takeover.
| Takeover | Window | Rate | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekend Pop-Up | Fri–Sun | ฿400,000 | Product launches & family activations — full interactive build included |
| Weekly Launch | 7 days | ฿750,000 | Launch weeks; event & activation mode, playable end to end |
| Monthly Master | 30 days | ฿1,500,000 | Multi-scene 3D + bespoke interactive floor + category exclusivity, turnkey |
Takeovers are intensity products (~฿133k/day for 100% of the unit); loop slots are presence products (from ~฿3.3k/day). Choose by objective, not budget.
For brands that want the launch itself produced — people, stage, and reach included. Benchmark: an equivalent built-from-scratch interactive launch activation runs ฿2–3M for a single weekend, then gets demolished. Ours runs on permanent infrastructure — and your brand can stay on after the crowd goes home.
| Package | Window | Rate | Includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Launch Weekend LIVE | Fri–Sun | ฿800,000 | Interactive Weekend Takeover + MC/host activating the crowd, event staffing, seating & crowd-flow setup, scheduled prize moments, on-site filming |
| Grand Launch | Fri–Sun | ฿1,200,000 | Everything in LIVE + stage & themed decoration around the unit + hired KOL creators (mid-tier, 100k–1M followers) posting to their own audiences — a complete turnkey launch event |
Natural campaign arc: Grand Launch weekend → stay on as Interactive Adventure (฿450k/mo) → renew on engagement data.
| Add-on | Rate | What it is |
|---|---|---|
| Category exclusivity | +30% of monthly rate | Locks direct competitors out of the loop |
| Creator Content Pack | ฿50,000 | 2× on-site vertical videos (TikTok / IG format) filmed at your activation for the brand's own channels — a filming service, not a KOL buy |

This is not out-of-home. The audience is holding a basket, and the product is in the building — the tenant's storefront a corridor away, the FMCG brand's shelf on aisle 7. An interactive game that hands a shopper a voucher, a QR, or a reason to walk thirty steps is measured in redemptions and sales lift, not eyeballs.
| Product | Rate (per mall / mo) | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| 3D Spot (30s) | ฿60,000 | The only spectacle unit in the building; production included |
| 3D Story (60s) | ฿125,000 | Full-story immersive content at point of purchase |
| Interactive Adventure (60s) | ฿230,000 | Play-to-win, voucher & QR mechanics, drive-to-shelf, redemption reporting |
| Interactive Weekend Takeover | ฿200,000 | Launch weekends, seasonal pushes — full loop + playable mechanic, one brand |
| Tenant Network Package (3+ malls) | –15% | For nationwide chains in every Lotus — one deal, your campaign beside your own storefronts across the network |
Built for two buyers: national tenant chains (gold, optics, fashion, banking — brands that rarely get to advertise, now playing beside their own doorstep) and FMCG shopper-marketing budgets (the noodles and the chocolate milk are sold in this building — campaigns can be read against the till).
Market position
There is no real comparable for this format in Thailand. Everything else on the market is signage — content plays, people walk past, and nothing they do changes what they see. Ours is an activation: visitors stop, stand inside it, take pictures, and play. Here is what the market sells today — placement, format, and price — side by side with our formats:
| Product — ranked by price | What it actually is | Your spot plays | Monthly rate | Production | Interactive |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 7-Eleven in-store in-store retail screens | Screens above the drinks fridge + POS displays at the checkout, 1,200 stores | shared loop | ฿1,069,000 | Brand supplies | No |
| Central Network mall corridor screen network | 281 directory-style screens beside escalators and exits, 14 malls | 84 / day per screen | ฿498,000 | Brand supplies | No |
| Interactive Adventure | Your brand as a playable floor game — visitors play it and film it | 240 / day | ฿450,000 | Included + mechanic build | Yes |
| Siam Paragon In-Mall network incl. "Digital Rest Room" | 105 screens — 46 of them 43-inch panels at the bathroom entrances | 36 / day per screen | ฿398,000 | Brand supplies | No |
| 3D Story | A 60-second immersive brand story in a walk-in 3D space | 240 / day | ฿250,000 | Included | Yes |
| 3D Spot | A walk-in 3D space people stop at, photograph, and post | 240 / day | ฿120,000 | Included | Yes |
| Nextopia "immersive" sphere spherical LED display | Ceiling-suspended spherical LED, viewed from below | ~72 / day | ฿100,000 | Included | No |
Competitor rates are media rental as published (Plan B Rate Card 2026 + media kits); network products trade single-location impact for multi-screen reach. Read the ranking: a bathroom-entrance screen network is priced ฿148,000/month above a full 60-second immersive brand story.
Why brands buy
The floor runs the brand's own mechanic. Visitors participate in the campaign — and film themselves doing it. Engagement becomes the deliverable, not a hope.
From a weekend to a full month, one brand can hold 100% of the space — loop, floor, and event mode. A permanent installation with the impact of a built activation, at a fraction of activation cost.
Every campaign ships with play logs and delivery guarantees; interactive campaigns add participation and dwell reporting. Proof, in writing, with make-goods if we fall short.
